8.  Erin Arlinghaus (Policy Manager at The Kroger, Co.)

Approximately four years ago, I had my first panic attack. Of course, I was so out of tune with my emotional wellness that I didn’t realize these were part of a future anxiety diagnosis. I remember talking with my physician about the importance of self care. I left that day empowered with a plan. I started therapy, began daily journaling, practiced yoga and meditation daily. I can proudly say 4 years later that each of these plays an integral part in my life, supporting my mental and emotional wellness.

This came as a surprise after many years of talking to her about what is in foods and how to educate herself on what she eats and what it does for your body!
