Carter: I founded Pure Vive! I have specialized in Family Practice, Dermatology, and Aesthetic Medicine for over 10 years. Pure Vive was established in December of 2019, and I served as the primary provider. We’ve since expanded into a multi-practitioner & aesthetician practice to support our growth. We’re thrilled about the responses we’re seeing from customers, while humbled about the growth we’ve experienced. We continue to operate with three core principals in mind, ensuring safety, helping educate along the way, and commitment to quality with every visit.
The Chic Guide: What is the inspiration behind it?
Carter: The inspiration and vision behind Pure Vive was to create an all-new aesthetics experience from ground up, totally unique to the greater Cincinnati area. Pulling from Lindsey’s professional medical-grade background, passion of dermatology and aesthetics, appreciation for old-style architecture, and devotion to helping people look and feel their best—Pure Vive was born.

Carter: Our client services portfolio includes an array of wrinkle reducers (e.g. BOTOX®), facial fillers, microneedling services, HydraFacial™, peels, dermaplaning, laser hair removal, and IV hydration treatments. We are also pleased to be the city’s established authorized retailer for advanced skincare products by ZO® Skin Health and luxury healthy living products by Hush & Hush®.

Carter: We care about “quality of experience.” From the moment you arrive you’ll notice our location is not the stereotypical strip mall or office complex you might expect. Our location is metaphoric in a sense, blending beautifully renovated architecture with a modern touch that embodies a sophisticated studio-like feel overlooking the Queen City. We take a medical approach to aesthetics by formulating a comprehensive treatment plan for each of our clients that involve detailed examination, treatment options, follow-ups, and comparative analysis to track the results each of our clients are seeking. Finally, our staff is highly skilled and certified in their areas of specialty to deliver optimal results while helping educate clients about treatment options available no matter their level of experience in aesthetics.

Carter: The aesthetics industry is always evolving, we stay plugged into this activity so you don’t have to. Our practice continues to collaborate with some of the nation’s leading physicians and providers in the industry, gaining new insights, perspectives, and awareness of procedures that are out there. Safety is always a top priority at Pure Vive, and we carry only the finest, most reputable brands behind each of our services offered. Our clients were thrilled to see that we could bring many newer technologies to the area such as RF microneedling, FDA approved SkinPen®, ProGen PRP system, and the one and only HydraFacial™ to name a few.

Carter: We are located in Newport, Kentucky, along a recently added 1.4-mile stretch of roadway connecting Cincinnati and Newport along Kentucky Route 9, which feeds the AA highway. Pure Vive Med Spa is pleased to be part of this economically thriving district of Newport near the recently opened Newport Ovation Pavilion.
