At Zoe Grace Salon & Med Spa, they strive to make guests feel beautiful inside and out. “We believe everyone is created with a purposeful inner beauty and their look should be personalized so it can reflect that inner beauty,” explains owner Ella King. “We offer an exclusive, five-star experience to make our guests feel welcomed, valued, and first class.”
Zoe Grace prides itself on being an upscale and trendy salon and med spa, with a specialty in transforming lives. “We are a consultation strong and color strong team with the love of going above and beyond to pamper our guests, providing an unmatched experience,” says King.
The inspiration for Zoe Grace started when King was on a mission of her own to find a salon that offered continuing education in addition to a team-based atmosphere. She had previously worked in a suite rental, but found it to be limited in a number of ways. “I learned that you can go so much further collectively as a team while allowing each member to have real financial freedom,” she says.
The goal was to build a space that had a team of service providers who worked together to create opportunities and support each other on a day-to-day basis.
King herself has a plethora of training and certifications, including being a Holland Certified Keune Academy Trainer and National Educator. She has also been voted Best Hair Colorist in the North and is a hair extension specialist.
Guests to Zoe Grace will find a number of available services, including salon and med spa services. These include micro needling, Botox, fillers, chemical peels, KyaBella, hair coloring services, haircuts, specialty curly haircuts, hair extensions, Brazilian Blowout treatments, formal style updos, bridal services, airbrush makeup application, waxing, eyelash lifts and tins, and eyelash extensions.
King says that what makes Zoe Grace stand out in the area is to be the best of the best. “Zoe Grace Salon & Med Spa was determined the Best of NKY Hair Salon 2022, Best Workplaces of 2022, Best Hair Extensions Salon 2022, and Best of Cincinnati 2021,” says King. “At Zoe Grace Salon & Med Spa, we have several signature services like our Beauty Analysis and signature Zoe Grace Shampoo. You cannot find these things anywhere else because I spent countless hours doing research and creating them step-by-step. We also do in-house training once a week for our service providers, which is unlike any other salon spa in the area.”
Additionally, the team at Zoe Grace is hand-picked and trained by King herself, so that she can ensure her team members are reflecting the mission of the salon. She also wants to make sure she’s able to help others grow. “We have character goals each month and they take precedent above all else,” she adds.
The team at Zoe Grace is currently looking at offering additional med spa services. “We like to do extensive research before adding services to our menu so we can ensure it does what it says it will do,” says King.
Staff members who work with Zoe Grace are trained in the associate program (think teaching hospital but in hair and beauty).
