Julie Woodmansee started her career as a registered dietitian. She was working in a private practice and had recently completed a kitchen organization health coaching course. That’s when she started giving clients homework by way of cleaning our their refrigerator and organizing the pantry before started their nutrition program.

After seeing the satisfaction of her clients following the clean-out, she found that less clutter meant less stress for them while also creating a space for healthier food choices and easier meal prep. Additionally she wanted to help them with the necessary tools in completing a kitchen makeover, by curating and designing a kitchenware collection to set them up for success.

That’s when she launched Fresh Home + Kitchen, an online home goods store specializing in modern, high-quality kitchenware and organization products to help people refresh and simplify their homes.

Woodmansee is the one-woman show behind Fresh Home + Kitchen, and she offers a curated collection that keeps function and style in mind. “You’ll find measuring cups, berry baskets, pot holders, salad servers, kids aprons, spice jars, pantry canisters, and more,” she says. “We also accept custom orders and love creating wedding and housewarming gift sets.”

Woodmansee says that Fresh Home + Kitchen is unique in that the shop is stocked with functional, neutral, and eco-friendly kitchen products that can be used in a variety of kitchen styles. “Our spice jars, pantry canisters, and household cleaning bottles are made of glass rather than plastic, making them an eco-friendly and food safe storage option,” she says. “We also carry reusable bowl and baking dish covers, compostable dish cloths, and cleaning brushes made from recycled plastic.”

Fresh Home + Kitchen’s future is looking bright, as Woodmansee says they are looking to expand the product line to include even more home organization products. The brand also launched Fresh Kitchen Studio, specializing in brand photography for food, kitchen, and home products. “After being the brand product photographer behind Fresh for several years, I’m looking to help other small businesses style, edit, and photograph their products,” she adds.
