Andrea, Owner of Every Last Detail: At Every Last Detail, we help to build our clients’ dream wedding by starting with the details. We provide wedding decor rental options to bring our clients’ visions to life.
The Chic Guide: What’s the inspiration behind it?
Andrea: In 2015, after planning my own wedding, we realized there is a gap in the Cincinnati wedding market for quality decor rental options at an affordable price. There are lots of local rental companies for some of the bigger ticket items, but we wanted to be intentional about focusing on some of the smaller details and make that a focal point for our business – table numbers, votives, candles, charger plates, signage, etc.
The Chic Guide: Who’s behind Every Last Detail?
Andrea: We are a mother-daughter duo based in the Cincinnati area and we absolutely love working together to be a small part of our clients’ big day. With the help of our additional coordinators to be ‘extra hands on deck’ on the wedding day, we go above and beyond to bring our clients’ vision to life.
The Chic Guide: What rental and coordination services do you offer couples?
Andrea: For a couple interested in renting any of our decor items, we always offer a complimentary table mock-up to see the items in person (ideally this could take place at their specific wedding venue) to get a full visual of how the table decor could look all together.
The Chic Guide: How far do you travel for your couples?
Andrea: We typically travel within an hour radius of the Cincinnati area for our standard delivery, pick up and transportation service.
The Chic Guide: What makes Every Last Detail unique?
Andrea: We are very intentional about every single rental order. We offer table mock-ups for our clients’ so that they can see their decor choices in person, touch and feel them, and get a full understanding of how everything will look all together. A lot of people are visual learners, so we always make the effort to meet with our clients in person (whether it is the bride/groom directly, or their wedding planner) so they can see the wide variety of our inventory. Our goal is to help our clients’ by saving them both time and money during the planning process. Purchasing all of your wedding decor (for a one-time use) can be very expensive and we’ve set out to try to avoid that.

Andrea: We are always investing in new inventory as styles and trends come and go, and our website always reflects our new inventory items!
