Dance your way to a healthier life at this Cincinnati-based studio that's turning workouts into a dance party.

Ready to dance your way to a healthier life? Dance Factory Fitness is here for it.

“Dance Factory Fitness is a boutique fitness studio offering group classes, private parties, and a virtual studio “WERK from Home,” says Dance Factory Fitness Founder Jess Evans.

Evans says she was inspired to launch her own fitness studio to show others just how much fun you can have when you turn your workout into a dance party.

“Our inclusive classes are easy to follow and designed for non-dancers looking to get a challenging workout and enjoy the best music with our DJ-mixed playlists,” says Evans.

Evans herself brings a lot of experience to the fitness and dance industry. She is a former professional dancer and fitness instructor who landed herself in the Queen City 4 years ago from New York City.

When you take a class with Dance Factory Fitness, you’ll find that are a variety of classes available, including classes for kids. Dance Factory Fitness offers high-intensity, follow-along style dance cardio as well as low-impact sculpt and hip hop yoga. They also off kids dance and fitness classes.

Evans says that what makes Dance Factory Fitness unique is that there’s nothing else like their famous dance cardio class. “With simple, repetitive dance moves and high-intensity moves, as well as 3 sculpt sessions with weights, this full body class is so much fun and the DJ-mixed music takes it to the next level,” adds Evans.

Dance Factory Fitness offers 6 classes a week at The Seven Hills School Field House at 5528 Bufler Lane and a virtual studio called “WERK from Home” that allows you to take classes anywhere. They also participate in pop-ups and events around Cincinnati.

The Flagship Studio for Dance Factory Fitness is currently under construction and will open Spring 2022 in Madisonville. There, the 4,000-square-foot space will house two studios, a playroom, lockers, showers, and a rooftop.

“We will offer 40 classes a week with our unique class formats and select classes will feature a live DJ,” she adds.
