Chaotic Cleaning & Professional Organizing

Get back to enjoying life and leave the dirty work to Chaotic Cleaning & Professional Organizing.

With all we have going on in life, housework can easily fall to the bottom of our to-do list. To help you enjoy life and a clean home is Nikole Overton, founder of Chaotic Cleaning & Professional Organizing.

“Chaotic Cleaning & Professional Organizing is your average housekeeping business,” she says. “I do everything from polishing your light fixtures to cleaning your grout. I’m also here to help you organize things like your pantry, kitchen closets, and to help you create a functional system, utilizing your spaces and making your day-to-day life easier on you and your family.”

Overton comes from a family with a variety of mental health issues. From anxiety and depression to obsessive compulsive disorder, she knows the complexities that come with caring for a home and yourself while living your life and staying functional. “All of these things made it very hard for the adults in my life to work full-time and maintain a safe, functional, clean home,” she says. “And when they would try to clean it, they would have no idea where to start, which further strained their mental health. All of that led me to where I am today, starting my own cleaning and organizing business to help others figure out where to start and how to breathe.”

There are a number of services available from Chaotic Cleaning & Professional Organizing. Overton says she offers a free consultation and walk-through to get to know your needs and your space. “I do an initial deep clean after that, getting your home up to the chaotic standard I have set for myself and then from there I offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning,” she says. There’s also a length list of everything she does when she comes by for a cleaning.

As for the organizing side of her business, Overton says that she offers free consultations to go over needs and expectations, as well as the budget for the project so she can have all the necessary information before designing the space.

The initial clean starts out around $120. Bi-weekly cleans start at $80 and weekly cleans start at $60. The cost for organizing services are custom, and depend on the project, time needed, and other factors.

Overton says that Chaotic Cleaning & Professional Organizing is unique because she wants to do the dirty work for you. “I want to clean out from under your stove, and help you finally donate the clothes that you’ve had sitting around for years,” she says. “My only goal is to help my clients live a cleaner and less stressful life by doing the things they struggle with the most.”

Currently, Overton serves Shelby and Miami counties, but she’s willing to go anywhere between New Bremen and Dayton.
