Heather Ewry wants to do more than just support local artisans. She also wants to build friendships with vendors, artisans, and customers. “We believe in the throwback way of life in so many ways – the simple life,” she says.
As the Owner of Black House Co., she’s doing just that. The clothing and gift boutique in downtown Lebanon is all about creating a welcoming feeling for anyone who walks through its doors.
Black House Co. prides itself on carrying and support locally made crafts ranging from jewelry to wax melts to custom bring hats and more. “By blending current trends with everyday basics, we’re sure to have something for everyone,” she says.
When you shop at Black House Co., you’ll find a variety of items including women’s clothing, jewelry, accessories, candles, hats, bath and body products, local goods, and more.
“We truly believe that shopping is an experience, so we curate all of our collections to ensure we’re bringing our customers local goods and encourage them to meet new friends and stay a while,” adds Ewry.
As we head into 2023, Ewry says that are multiple new things just on the horizon at Black House Co. “We are always exploring opportunities to work with new local artists and giving back to our community,” she says. “In 2023, we are launching a new rewards program and continuing our Facebook Live shopping events every Tuesday at 6pm. Come join us!”
Ewry credits the store being what it is thanks to help from her crew, Asia and Ashley, and she also works as a full-time talent acquisition recruiter.
