In the heart of Wyoming is the Wyoming General Store, a purveyor of fine and practical goods.
“We source items you can’t get anywhere else, but also include your basic household items for members of the community,” explains Ashley Abbruzzese, Co-Founder of the Wyoming General Store. “We bring in old and new, and pride ourselves on having something for everyone.”
Abbruzzese, who co-owns the store with Shelbi Nation, says the history of a general store in the neighborhood goes back many years, when there was a general store on the same street as the current Wyoming General Store. “We pay homage to our roots and love the feedback and advice from community members who have been here for decades,” she says.
The store, which is a sister store to Wyoming Meat Market, is the brainchild of the two creatives who offer unique and high-quality pantry items, stationary, local pet food, and treats, to name just a small glimpse at what you can find when you visit.
“One of our most popular items is our Handle With Care Hats,” she says. “Founder, Samantha Eason of St. Louis, has a large following on Instagram and has created a brand that we don’t just stand by, but has been a building block to what we are trying to create at our shop.”
Additionally, Wyoming General Store has partnered with Brass Bee Vintage Goods and Rosebud CBD to sell their products in the store.
