Looking for a community of women that live to help you feel healthy, empowered, and beautiful? Then you may want to check out The Beauty Boost Dayton.
The Beauty Boost originated out of Columbus but has since expanded to 15 cities across the country, with Paige Braley taking the lead of the Dayton chapter. City lead, Alaina Shoemaker, works alongside Braley to help create a space for women to come together and life each other up.
In bringing The Beauty Boost to the Gem City, Braley and Shoemaker wanted to connect the city’s women with Dayton’s health and wellness community.
“We longed for one community where you could take one exciting girl’s retreat weekend and come back feeling like you could conquer the world,” says Braley. “We saw a need for life coaching for those who weren’t really living a life they enjoyed. We heard countless women saying they were over happy hours and wanting healthier events they could attend color or with girlfriends so we created our fitness events and empowerment workshops.”
At The Beauty Boost, the goal is to be available to everyone – members and non-members, friends, and family.
“There are a ton of events – retreats, empowerment workshops, fitness pop-ups, and socials – that can help you feel more motivated and connected to our community,” says Braley. “We also have a virtual membership to give you everything you need for inspiration and motivation every week.”
In August, The Beauty Boost Dayton has 2 goal hikes and a Bend and Board paddle boarding event. Then, on September 16, you can attend the Boss Babes Women in Wonderland panel. The full fall schedule of events from The Beauty Boost Dayton can be found on their Instagram page.
