Safe Space Fitness

Reach your health and fitness goals for 2022 with this local trainer.

Going to the gym is sometimes intimidating for others, especially in the New Year when many have set a goal for themselves to focus on their health.

Brie Hopper wants to create a community of women who feel ease in coming together to reach their health and fitness goals with her business Safe Space Fitness.

Hopper says that fitness goals aren’t impossible and she wants o help others realize that.

“The inspiration for Safe Space Fitness came from my own belief that I wasn’t capable of reaching my fitness goals,” says Hopper. “they seemed impossible and a little crazy. Now that I have overcome those mental blocks and reached many goals, I want to show women that they can too.”

Hopper is the one-woman show behind the business, serving as the founder, owner, and coach. She has been a personal trainer for 4 years and a precision nutrition coach for about a year.

When you visit Safe Space Fitness, you’ll find that there are in-person classes available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 5:40pm. Additionally, Hopper offers nutrition guidance through Safe Space Fitness, which includes 1:1 accountability and macronutrient training.

Hopper is looking forward to the year to come for Safe Space Fitness. She says she will offer nutrition-focused challenges as well as adding in additional class times.
