SĀF

Treat your body to deodorant that is all-natural and works.

It’s not always easy to find a deodorant that is safe AND effective. Knowing about all the harsh chemicals that are in store-bought deodorants and the difficulty benefitting from safe alternatives, Kovie Stallworth created something that solves these problems.

Stallworth is the founder of Kovy Cove Essential, SĀF all-natural dedorant.

“I was inspired to launch SĀF because of my love of natural, aluminum free, plant-based deodorant that actually works,” she says. “I love aromatherapy, essential oils, and nice, warm, welcoming scents and fragrances.”

Stallworth knows what vibes and energy can do when you or someone else walks in a room. “You can sense the energy or vibe in a room or on a person the moment you are in its or their presence,” she says. “When the smell is good and pleasant to the senses, it determines a part of your experience at that time and place.”

She says that with a love for scents, vibes, and energy, she felt called to create skincare products that she not only loves, but that others would love and appreciate as well.

Stallworth is the sole creator behind SĀF and prides herself on the products she offers customers.

“I make handmade, all-natural deodorant that really works,” she says.

Best sellers for men is the “Exotic Wood” scent, which offers a sensual, earthy fragrance. “It is mild, warm, and pleasant in scent,” she says.

Favorites for women’s products are the “Creme Colada,” a sweet, pastry-like fragrance filled with butter cream and vanilla cream scent. “‘Fascinating’ is another charmer in our collection,” says Stallworth. “Its scent is a pleasant pick-me-up to your vibe or energy.”

SĀF is unique in that it not only offers handmade deodorant, but its a black-, woman-owned business, something Stallworth says is unique in that there are not many black-, woman-owned businesses represented in local supermarkets and stores that showcase black handmade products.

Stallworth says that currently she’s working to partner with local charities to give back in the community while also transitioning to a larger creative space where she makes her products.
