Lara Sarver has an unwavering passion for styling and event planning, so it only made since for her to launch her own event planning and design company.
She is the founder of LS Event Styling, based in Dayton.
“We focus on establishing a clear vision for your event and then curating each and every piece to bring the overall aesthetic together,” explains Sarver.
The inspiration for LS Event Styling came from Sarver’s love of having friends and family gathered around a big table full of food and drinks, music going on in the background, and conversation flowing without hesitation.
“I love bringing people together and when they are together, having a great time,” she says. “My passion is creating unique and energetic events where attendees walk away feeling like they had the best time ever.”
After more than a year away from each other, weddings are the most popular events happening right now. And when it comes to wedding planning, Sarver is there to be a couple’s right hand lady as they get ready for their big day. In addition to weddings, Sarver also helps to plan social and corporate events for local businesses and organizations as they safely ease back into gathering with each other.
And with her passion for event planning, Sarver also helps to bring a different perspective when it comes to the planning process.
“LS Event Styling was quietly born back in 2011 when I was co-directing an Armenian dance ensemble in Detroit,” she explains. “My eyes see the day like a performance, in the best of ways. My goal is to elevate your wedding day to a new level – a fluid timeline with smooth transitions between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and your reception. One of my favorite things to do for my couples is choreograph the bridal entrance into the ceremony and the newlywed entrance into the reception.”
As weddings and other special events continue, Sarver says she’s looking forward to adding new offerings to LS Event Styling. “I’m adding RSVP management – and we can discuss if this is a good fit for you during our discovery call,” she adds.
