Lindsay Mescher and Brad Jameson wanted to bring fresh, easily accessible, locally-sourced food to the Lebanon community. To do that, they opened Greenhouse Cafe, a fast-casual, locally-sourced cafe that offers organic food, drinks, and craft cocktails with a focus on sustainability.
“We opened our doors with a commitment to remain as fresh and sustainable as possible, while keeping our prices affordable,” says Mescher.
Those fresh menu items include locally-sourced sandwiches and bowls as well as crafted herbal tonics and craft cocktails. Other menu items include salads, soups, desserts, smoothies, cold-pressed juice, coffee, tea, Kombucha on tap, local beer, and wine. Additionally, she adds, any menu items can be made vegan and gluten free.
The mission at Greenhouse Cafe is, and remains, to provide foods that are beneficial to your health while staying sustainable for the planet and supporting local farms and businesses.
Greenhouse Cafe is located in downtown historic Lebanon, at 105 E. Mulberry Street.
You can also visit their sister cafe, Revival Coffeehouse, just around the corner from Greenhouse. “We are looking to expand our menu and hours this summer,” she adds.
