If you need a safe space to relax, heal, and bring your energy back into balance, consider a visit to Crystal Horizons. The reiki and energy healing studio is owned by Emily Craun, who is a Reiki Master.
Inspired by her own journey with reiki, Craun wanted to offer others a safe space where they could achieve the healing she had done.
“I personally started getting reiki done as an alternative to medication for my anxiety and depression issues,” she says. “It was highly effective in my own wellness journey and I wanted to make it an accessible option within my community.”
Many clients who visit Craun utilize reiki as a part of their own self-care routine, and she strives to help them prioritize themselves after all everyone has endured over the last few years. “Reiki works with the energy in and around the body to shift away from stress mode and into a state of rest and healing,” she explains. “It’s a very gentle approach that is useful for treating a variety of issues including anxiety, chronic fatigue, insomnia, inflammation, headaches and migraines, depression, and more.”
Services available at Crystal Horizons include 30- and 60-minute sessions that use a combination of reiki and other energy healing techniques, all of which are based on the individual needs of each person. She also offers group energy balances for parties and events.
When you visit Crystal Horizons, you’ll enter a spa-like and Zen space that encourages relaxation. Clients are offered a warm neck wrap or eye pillow to enhance their relaxation further. “I also incorporate crystals into each session,” says Craun. “Every appointment is different, in regards to where each person’s energy is ready to shift, so even repeat clients experience something different each time they come in.”
Currently, Craun is working on new certifications in crystal healing as well as a new method of energy healing called “Trilogy Alignment.”
“I love continuing to expand my knowledge and learning new techniques,” she adds.
