Clean Eatz Dayton

Enjoy clean, healthy meals while being part of a blooming community of like-minded individuals dedicated to making healthy eating a lifestyle.

Clean eating isn’t a fad, it’s here to stay, and Clean Eatz Dayton wants to help you enjoy its healthy cafe experience. Lea Shafer, General Manager at Clean Eatz Dayton, says that the store is a meal prep service at heart. “Each week we release a new menu of five meals and one breakfast,” she explains. “You can do special request on meals or even create your own custom meals, and as if that’s not enough flexibility and options, we also have frozen meals available every day of the week in the cafe.”

All of the meals from Clean Eatz Dayton are made with love, locally. Additionally, Clean Eatz Dayton is a healthy cafe offering catering options. “So whether you come see us once a week to pick up your meals for the week, or for lunch while you’re out shopping, or maybe you just order us into you business for some catering, we want to be your go-to place for easy, affordable Clean Eatz,” adds Shafer.

The inspiration behind bringing Clean Eatz to the Dayton area was the team’s passion for living a life of love by offering easy, nutritious meals to the community. “We believe that time is a precious commodity, and we have the opportunity to give back time to people who need to focus on having health physically, mentally, and within their relationships,” says Shafer. “We want to know your goals and help you achieve them. We want to create a community that supports each other in being the best versions of ourselves. To put it simply – we want to change livez!”

At Clean Eatz you’ll find a variety of healthy meal options to suit your lifestyle, all started by Missy Blacker back in January 2021. Blacker wanted to start a business that gave others healthy food options that aligned with her own life mission. Together, Blacker and Shafer utilized their backgrounds in fitness and service to others to build out a staff that serves the community. “Working in the cafe alongside our staff on a daily basis, you’ll find Missy’s husband, Eric, heading up our line cook team and supporting in all ways possible, and her daughter, Kayla, a retired Air Force veteran, with the biggest heart and an eye for detail.”

When you check out the menu at Clean Eatz, you’ll find burgers, warps, smoothies, salads, cauliflower crust pizzas, and anything else you can imagine. “We take these recipes and balance the macros, reduce sodium and sugar drastically, and portion control to get us balanced, healthy meals regardless of if you are doing our weekly meal plan menu or coming to see us in the cafe for lunch,” says Shafer.

And since Clean Eatz is focused on making clean and healthy eating a lifestyle rather than a diet, they change the menu weekly and also offer fresh and frozen meals and provide customization options. “Our goal is to meet you where you’re at in your journey of health,” says Shafer. “We do all of this at a price point that makes us accessible and convenient. But more than anything else, we want to know you, we want to welcome you into our community, and we want to love on that community by providing a healthy service.”

Clean Eatz Dayton is still new and will soon open its doors, but there’s no limit to what the team can do. Shafer says they are open to everything that comes along with the journey. “Provided we are given the opportunity to live our mission and values, we will take this as far as the World lets us,” she says. “We just can’t wait to be open and welcome everyone into our doors.”

Clean Eatz Dayton is located at 2781 Centre Drive, Suite A2, in Beavercreek, along N. Fairfield Road directly of the I-675 exit.
