Ready to party but don’t have the time to put it all together? That’s where Bring Your Own Party comes in.
“BYOP is an affordable party rental service in Dayton,” explains Founder Windai Tolbert.
She says she was inspired to launch Bring Your Own Party because of her own love for hosting parties, especially parties with a theme.
“We were having friends borrow some of our games for their events, which turned into friends of friends asking to borrow things,” says Tolbert. “We finally decided to become a business and rent the items at an affordable price.”
Tolbert runs the business alongside her partner Cedric. While she handles most of the planning and logistics, she says she wouldn’t be as efficient without the support of her husband who does the cleaning, heavy lifting, and delivery.
When you rent from Bring Your Own Party, you can choose from a number of items available to rent including bounce houses, large yard games, an inflatable movie screen with a projector, and a small amount of tables and chairs.
Tolbert says that not only is Bring Your Own Party a local business, but they’re also affordable. “We’re just a small family business looking to help bring some extra fun to others’ parties,” she adds.
And, if sleepovers are your thing, Bring Your Own Party recently partnered with Cincy Sleepovers to bring luxury sleepover rentals to the Dayton area. “We are now accepting Cincy Sleepover reservations along with all of our other rentals,” adds Tolbert.
