Alignment comes from tapping into the core of your being. Dumping out all unnecessary noise from your headspace onto paper is the first step. Then feel into the heart and gut space to find your true north/guidance.

When the mind begins to create a conversation that is not in favor, learn how to ground yourself first by using meditation, walking outside, or just pausing and listening to your breath so that you can hear the message from your higher self and not from a place of fear or ego.

The anchor part has become very strong for me knowing that if I build my lighthouse on the sand, it will only continue forcing me to rebuild. But if I dig a little deeper in myself and my knowingness, I know that’s where I can build a more substantial lighthouse in the bedrock.

So not only is alignment important in getting yourself clear and being conscious of your thoughts, but it also means that you must build this strong, stable foundation to continue to grow and prosper.

When this happens, this is the level of vibration that you want to be on to start creating a vision for your future.

We haphazardly try to create what we want for our life, and it seems nothing is working out. An ongoing struggle that often finds you feeling defeated and in a place of dissatisfaction.

What I know to be true is that we are infinite receivers, and the universe has unlimited gifts for us; it’s up to us to receive them.

So I suggest you start by saying, “I am open to receive.” Go outside and reach your arms up to the sky and say that repeatedly. And feel it to your core. Do this daily to really ignite the magic.

Then, with that excitement, think about your future and what you want to create.

Who are you, who do you become, what do you wear, how do you speak, where do you go, who do you hang out with? It’s important to see yourself first as you build whatever that might be for your life, including health, wellness, relationships, career, etc.

You are the master of your universe and get to create from your thoughts and actions.

And don’t let that negative mindset creep in and tell you this is too good to be true, or you can’t do that, or who do you think you are. Trust yourself and step boldly into taking that inspired action. Have fun with it. Allow yourself to shine brighter than ever before. And above all, find a coach to support and mentor you as you transform from who you are into the next best version of who you want to be.
