Oftentimes, we’re told that in order to be worthy, we must always be productive and have a long list of achievements. Lindsey Bonadonna wants to help you realize that isn’t true.
“As a health and life coach, and someone who has been on her wellness journey for a few years now, all the rushing and doing just gets us sick more and dying younger,” she says. “That’s not why we were born into this life, and I believe the more we take time to slow down, get curious and nourish our whole selves, the more presence, abundance and joy we will experience, and that is why life is about.”
To help others find a more wellness-filled life, she launched be.
“We strongly believe that by taking better care of ourselves through eating more whole foods and less processed foods, hydrating ourselves, moving around a bit and resting results in having more energy and capacity to do what we love and we aspire to make that as easy as possible so more humans can create their own unique ripple in the world,” she added.
When customers walk into be., Bonadonna wants them to see the building as a one-stop-shop for all things wellness. The first floor of the building is where you’ll find The Market @ be., which features house-crafted, nutrient-dense grab-n-go meals, smoothies, boba, baked goods, and pantry goods and snacks. The second floor is home to The Studios @ be., featuring Kindred Flow Yoga + Wellness as well as a space for wellness-focused entrepreneurs and healers.
“Our second floor serves as a hub for healers and helps to focus on a bigger picture of wellness far beyond what you eat and drink,” says Bonadonna. “All of our partners are gifted in meeting you where you’re at, no experience required.”
The goal when opening be. was to offer a space that gives others the chance to slow down, take a breath, and be met with kindness – no matter where they are in their wellness journey.
“Our entire building is filled with humans who are gifted in kindness, emotionally intelligent, and are welcoming,” she adds.
be. is located in Wyoming, at 1 Wyoming Avenue. Bonadonna said the building is found on the corner of Springfield Pike and Wyoming Avenue.
