An Educated Beauty Routine

A Pendleton-based studio offers education, resources and representation to bolster their multicultural skin treatments

The pathway to healthy, happy skin isn’t just about facials and treatments. Everyone’s skin is different, so when your skin is being treated, it’s also important that you’re given education, resources and even representation on how to help keep your skin at its best.

Kiyana McClellan, the owner of Opulent Skin Studio, located at 1212 Sycamore St. in Pendleton, says that she was inspired to open her facial spa and wax studio because of her love for healthy skin, beauty and self-care. However, McClellan doesn’t just offer services for better skin—she specializes in multicultural skin treatments and educating her clients on how to better care for their skin along the way.

“Representation and education matter to us, so while we provide treatments to our clients, we also strive to provide them with information and resources to best suit their needs in any capacity,” says McClellan.

The goal at Opulent Skin Studio is to help your inner and outer beauty shine from head to toe.

“I am here to help get rid of fine lines, dull skin and dark marks,” she says. “That’s why I choose the best skin care products for my clients. We stock up on a wide variety of products so you can find what works best for you and the skin you’re in.”

There is a full range of services offered by Opulent Skin Studio including dermaplaning facials, chemical peels, eyelash lifts and full body waxing.

When a customer walks through the door at Opulent Skin Studio, McClellan says that she takes pride in getting to know everyone just as well as they get to know their skin.

“When you come to Opulent Skin Studio, we hope to bring you to a place of tranquility and peace while also achieving results through a dedicated skincare plan,” she adds.

McClellan says possible clients can shop the studio’s products, check out a menu of services and book an appointment on the website. She also posts new treatments and products on the studio’s Instagram page.
