Sarah Leto is all about embracing the ever-changing world of social media and digital marketing. Algorithms, trends and media continually change, and Leto is ready to change with them through her newly founded company, Reformation Branding Co. (RBC).
RBC is a digital marketing and social media agency that Leto created after losing her corporate job. Leto was taking a six-week digital marketing course that focused on how to turn a freelancing gig into a full-time career. After Leto lost her job and overcame her own fears, it was “crunch time,” she says.
“I felt like I owed it to myself to at least try,” Leto says. “How could I not after it seemed like everything in my life fell into place so perfectly leading up to this point—ending with losing my corporate job and having nowhere else to turn in the final hour.”
RBC offers a variety of services to fit each client’s individual needs. Leto says she’s able to take a weight off her clients by helping diminish the pain points within their business—such a social media management, web design or email marketing. This leaves clients with more time to focus on creating for their business without the tasks of marketing getting in the way, Leto says.
Leto’s approach to helping her clients is “no B.S.” This means that Leto is honest with her clients about what she thinks will truly benefit their business and provides them with multiple options within their budget to help make it happen. Current clients include Maiden Pink Boutique and New Leaf Yoga.
“Clients are going to get exactly what they paid for. They’re not going to get conned into paying for fluff their business doesn’t need,” Leto says. “I study the analytics to develop a customized strategy for each client and put my creativity to the test time and time again to develop branding that is timeless and custom for each client as well.”
