No one’s journey to health and wellness is the same. All bodies are different and have different needs. To accommodate those differences while still helping you feel healthy and well is Sarah Brandell Functional Health Coaching.
“Sarah Brandell Functional Health Coaching is a one-on-one health consultant platform based on a functional approach to wellness,” explains Founder Sarah Brandell. “I work with women to get to the root of their symptoms and build a sustainable, thriving life.”
Brandell says she was inspired to launch a health coaching business because she wanted to help women that not all journeys to wellness are the same, and finding those underlying causes and alleviating nagging symptoms can help lead and inspire others to a lifestyle that promotes wellness.
“I created the platform to provide the coach that I needed when working through my personal health journey,” she says.
Brandell’s main coaching services is called “Meant to Thrive” and is a 6-month, one-on-one, full-service coaching program.
“We meet 3 times per month with message support between visits,” she says. “We address the five main pillars of health, obtain functional lab testing, and build a protocol personalized for you, including nutrition, supplements, exercise, mindset support, and much more.”
Brandell says that what makes her coaching business stand out among other health coaches is her functional approach to health. “This means that we look at what are the root cause dynamics that could be at play and what we can do to address them to help promote wellness not illness,” she says.
Those who are interested in learning more about what functional health coaching can do for them have the opportunity for a one-time session. There, you’ll fill out a large intake packet and have a 2-hour call to discuss what symptoms you have been dealing with and what may be the reason behind them.
