5 Steps to Help You Get More Out of Your Day

Melissa Kirkpatrick
We all have those days trying to get the most out of our day. Our business and life coach shares a 5 step strategy to get you rocking your days.

The struggle is real. Getting more out of your day can be challenging. So many distractions and unexpected circumstances occur. Here’s a 5-step plan to assist you in getting more out of your day.

Intention is everything

Set a firm intention daily. Intentions will guide you throughout the day, knowing what you want to create for the day without losing sight so you can also stay present.

Get crystal clear on what your needs are and why.

Think in terms of time, money, and energy. Whether growing a business or raising a family, it’s all about your needs and why. Once you can identify them, you can stick by them. Never budge or waiver.

Stop multitasking

Being present in the moment requires a form of grounding so you can focus. When your mind is scattered and diluted with unnecessary information around you, you are not attracting what you want. Take a few minutes to check-in to see if you are present during the day. Doing so brings you to the present.

Eliminate doing things that drain you of your energy and that you hate doing.

If you think you can’t afford to delegate tasks and projects, you may be wrong. The time and frustration it takes you to accomplish the task/project is measured in the value of what you are worth and can pay someone else to do it for you. Delegate and love it. Take your time back.

You didn’t come here just to survive; you came here to thrive.

Stop worrying so much about everything. Instead, put your attention and focus on things that make you feel better and allow you to create more in your life. Don’t listen to what others are trying to tell you that you should be doing. Stay aligned with the previous steps, and remember that infinite possibilities are waiting for you.

If you focus on yourself and stay in a high vibe, you will get more out of each day! You deserve to live your best life.
